About Me

Many people ask how I ever got into this riding stuff. Well, you can blame it all on my daughter KC!

I was in the process of signing her and I up for as many different types of parent and me lessons as I could find and suddenly I found a horse back riding program. I hit the jack pot! Leading her around the arena the third week of class with her hands out like an airplane, I realized that wait one minute...I wanted to be the one riding!!

So I began my education as a rider and soon an instructor.....that was OVER 20 years ago and I have loved every minute of sharing my passion with children and adults alike.

For the record: My dregree is in Recreation and Leisure Services, I am an American Riding Instructors Association Certified Instructor, and am a past visitor for the American Camp Association. I have ridden with clinicians such as Charles DeKunffy and Jeremy Beele. While my focus is on Classical Dressage I believe that I can best help each horse by helping the rider become the best they can be for the horse.

My passion is in sharing with each and every person the Life Long Learnables that horses can give us - adults and children alike!

*We have limited the amount of campers making it an even smaller camp.…

  1. Hello my 7.5 year old daughter would like to attend weekly lessons. She has riding experience. Can someone provide me the details of weekly 30 minute horse lesson dates and times. I do prefer Saturday mornings. I can be reached at 818-601-7293.

Is the new rider form different from the new rider registration? If so, can you please refer me to where the new rider form is located on the website?  If same as new registration, I completed registration for each of my daughters (Merrick and Kellan Streater) yesterday. Please let me know if you don’t see them. Thanks!
