Welcome to THE Horse Camp

@Total Equestrian Experience!

This program is designed for campers entering 1st grade through 8th grade with an interest in horses. All levels of riders are invited each week, from beginner riders to advanced riders. Horses have a wealth of knowledge to pass along to our youth and OUR program is designed to help campers absorb all that equines can teach. With a 1:7 staff to camper ratio, campers will not only learn basic equitation skills but will learn how to care for their equine friends. The sense of ownership, responsibility, and harmony campers will feel will be rivaled only by the empowerment, optimism, and zest each camper will walk away with. Our hope is that you will see the difference in your camper's daily life.

Our Mission is to enhance all campers with a sense of Harmony, Optimism, Responsibility, Spark, and Empathy through the love of horses.

Campers will have a riding lesson each day, participate in themed activities, have time to make choices about their own activities, and spend time caring for a horse that will become their own for the week. So, are you jealous yet?

Horse Camp Hours: 

7:45-8:15 drop off

8:15am-2:45pm Monday-Friday

2:45-3:15 Pick up

 3-6 daily Extended Care Available for any campers registered in at least one afternoon lesson

Sorry, no partial weeks available.

Camp dates

Session 1 All About Horses  June 16-June 20

Your dreams of owning a horse have now come true! Learn how to take care of your horse and give your horse all it needs to be a happy companion! Campers will learn about financial responsibility through our unique horse ownership game! Campers will also have a chance to meet with vets, farriers, and other professionals in the horse field. A riding demonstration will be held at the end of the week

Session 2 Mystery Stables Experience  June 23-June 27

A mystery packed week filled with exciting new investigations each day. Campers will have to use clues and, with the help of their horses, solve the mysteries at Mountain Meadows Stables. We will end the week with a mystery demo ride for Parents!

Session 3 Disney, Horses and more July 14-July 18

Celebrate all things Disney and horses! Campers will help decide which of our camp horses match the Disney horse personalities including Agnus, The princes horse from brave, Khan, Mulans loyal and reliable horse, and even loyal Maximus from tangled! We will have some fun shooting arrows off horses like prince Merida, and even speak to a real life Disney horse handler! We will end the week with Star Wars day and a special stormtrooper drill team celebration! 

TEE SLEEP OVER EVENT July 18-19

All campers and students ages 7 and up are invited to join us for this fun evening of games, riding and sleeping under the stars! Visit our Overnight Tab for more info!!

Session 4 Holidays On Horseback July 21-June 25

Join us as we celebrate a full year of holidays with our horses! We will share Valentines with our horses,  do an Easter Egg hunt on horseback, dress our horses up for Halloween, and end our week with a Christmas Parade!

Session 5 Play Days July 28-Aug 1

Join the fun as we participate in wacky games all week including our famous gladiator! This is the week we will also celebrate all things Harry Potter including playing quidditch!! Our week will end with a Fun and magical obstacle course for parents to watch!

Awards Day! SUNDAY August 3rd Save the Date!

Join us on Sunday August 3rd for our Camp Awards Day and Gymkhana Competition! Starting at 4pm we invite all campers and riders to participate in a gymkhana (play days) event to raise money for Haprri! This will be  our camp awards and infamous dunk tank! All campers get an award! Parents and families Please plan on joining!

New Campers $500 per session plus a one time $60 Registration Fee

Existing students or Returning Campers $450 per session plus a one time

 $40 Registration fee

(Must be in continuous lessons from June 1-August 1)

Extended care options for THE Horse Camp 

Prepaid  AT TIME OF CAMP REGISTRATION:

No morning care offered. Drop off begins  from 7:45-8:15am

Afternoon: 3:00pm-6:00pm

*Must be in 1 weekly lesson

*$50 a week/no daily rate

*no extended care on Fridays

Please note: All fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions. Due to limited space, session transfers will be offered only if space is available and will be an additional $35 administration fee.

THE Horse Camp makes every reasonable accommodation for all disabilities or medical needs however we do not have a nurse on our facility during camp. If we do not feel we can meet your needs, we will be happy to help you find a camp that will!
