- I'm a 'senior' rider with plenty of past experience and some back issues, but with a love of horses that just won't go away! I need to take it easy, not push myself or get into a competitive situation, and just have fun! Would love to take a lesson. I last rode about 2 years ago but Lower back problems forced me to stop. Since then, I've been doing Pilates and this has improved my strength quite a bit. I also do yoga and am basically in good shape.
