As we return to a life post COVID we will still be requiring all campers be given a health check prior to leaving their vehicle. We ask that if your camper is ill in any way to please keep them home. Please also inform the staff if there is anyone ill at home. Although we cannot offer camp make up days, you may apply for a group lesson credit if you notify us prior to 7:30am that your camper will not be coming to camp that day. Campers must have a video of a negative covid test before returning to camp. If you need to pick your camper up early at any time, please let us know ahead of time. Again for health safety reasons, when arriving to the ranch please wait in the car and park at our pick up area  and your camper will be brought to you.

This year we are implementing  an optional trial lunch program. Campers will be allowed to pre-order a specific lunch each day. Orders for the week are due Monday morning upon sign in and money must be received via zelle or venmo at that time. No add ons will be allowed after that time. Please see the lunch sheet attached to this email! Sorry, no substitutions allowed.

Campers must have the following each day:

  • Lunch in a small cooler with their name on it or lunch pre-ordered by Monday morning
  • A water bottle (we have filtered refillable water)
  • A hat that shades their face
  • Non-spray sunscreen
  • Long pants for riding. We suggest leggings or riding pants. Shorts may be brought for non-riding activities
  • A boot with a 1 inch heel. Other shoes may be brought for water play
  • A beach chair (low to the ground). Will be left at the ranch for the week.
  • A beach towel in a bag or a yoga mat that will be left for the week

Optional but strongly suggested

  • Equestrian Helmet ( may be left for the week)
  • Bug Spray
  • Morning snack

Also check out calabasas saddelry for equestrian gear including helmets, boots, pants, etc

Please see the additional attached sheet for all camp Rules. A ranch liability form will need to be signed when you drop your child off on Monday morning.
