Things to know:

All campers will be given a verbal health check prior to leaving their vehicle. We ask that if your camper is ill in any way to please keep them home. Please also inform the staff if there is anyone ill at home. Although we cannot offer camp make up days, you may apply for a group lesson credit if you notify us prior to 7:30am that your camper will not be coming to camp that day. If you need to pick your camper up early at any time, please let us know ahead of time. Again for health safety reasons, when arriving to the ranch please wait in the car and park at our pick up area  and your camper will be brought to you. However Late arrivals after 8:30am will need to park at the drop off area and parent must walk camper to our flag pole area. No exceptions.

This year we will again offer an optional lunch program. Campers will be allowed to pre-order a specific lunch each day. Orders for the week are due Each morning upon sign in at 830 and money must be received via zelle or venmo to 818-675-7507 at that time. No add ons will be allowed after that time. Please see the lunch sheet attached to this email! Sorry, no substitutions allowed. https://forms.gle/73K2Jqgc95Tg1pY57

Campers must have the following each day:

  • Lunch in a small cooler with their name on it or lunch pre-ordered each morning
  • A water bottle (we have filtered refillable water)
  • A hat that shades their face
  • Non-spray sunscreen
  • Long pants for riding. We suggest leggings or riding pants.
  • A boot with a 1 inch heel.
  • A beach chair (low to the ground). Will be left at the ranch for the week.
  • Camper MUST be able to carry all their own belongings so we suggest to pack light!
  • Please DO NOT send a change of clothes.  Our experience is it won’t be used.

Optional but strongly suggested

  • Equestrian Helmet ( may be left for the week)
  • Bug Spray
  • Morning snack
